These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and the developer of BusinessFlow ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you don't accept them, please delete the app.
This agreement is between you and the developer only. Apple is not a party to it and has no obligation to provide support for the app.
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or attempt to extract its source code.
BusinessFlow is free to use, with a paid VIP subscription that unlocks unlimited quotes and invoices, contracts, signatures, reminders, widgets, logo branding, multiple businesses, team invites, backups and sync.
VIP is offered as a monthly or a yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown on the purchase screen in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings on your device, under your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
Everything you put into the app — your business details, customers, jobs, photos, documents, contract wording and signatures — belongs to you. The developer claims no ownership of it and does not use it for any purpose of their own.
You are responsible for what you create with the app, including making sure your quotes, invoices and contracts are accurate, lawful and suitable for your work.
The app helps you write and store your own paperwork. It does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice, and no wording it produces has been reviewed by a solicitor or an accountant.
Contract templates are written by you, in your own words. You are responsible for making sure your contracts, invoices and tax records meet the requirements that apply to your trade and your country. If a document matters, have a professional check it.
The measuring tools and the materials calculator are working aids, not a substitute for your own judgement on site. Areas and volumes are worked out from the figures you type in, so a mistyped dimension or the wrong unit produces a wrong answer.
The calculator converts a volume into a tonnage or a bag count using standard industry average densities. Real materials vary with moisture, grading, compaction and supplier, and a merchant's own calculator may give a slightly different figure for the same measurements. The densities and bag weights are all editable under Settings › Job Toolkit so you can match your own supplier.
Always check quantities against your supplier's figures before ordering. The developer is not liable for material that is over-ordered, under-ordered or unsuitable for the work.
Your data is stored on your device, and synced through your own iCloud account if you have VIP and iCloud switched on. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. The developer cannot recover data lost through device failure, a deleted app, or changes you make to your iCloud account.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. The developer does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for lost profits, lost work, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
This licence lasts until ended by you or the developer. It ends automatically if you break these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the app from your devices.
These terms may be updated as the app changes, and the updated version will be published here. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept it.
